In one of my ISAs which I did on Friday, I wrote as a subheading for method for Paper 1 "Controlled Measures" which is completely instead of "Controlled variables" will that prevent me from getting into the top band of marks (7,8,9)?

I don't know the specifics of the mark schemes but quite possibly. However the good thing about ISAs is that you have multiple opportunities to sit them and you only take the best score from them.
Also they're only a small proportion of your overall grade so there's no point worrying about it now. Just focus on learning the content for your written exams and any future ISAs.
