what should I do to stop getting tired of my boyfriend?

Don't take me wrong I do care about him it's just that sometimes I feel more like his mother than his girlfriend.

First step is to not think you can change him, because you almost certainly can't.

Talk to him and see if you can make some compromises on things. Do other things to bring some spark back into the relationship.
