I revise everyday after school for at least 3 hours at this stage of gcses would it be bad if I had the weekends off revision? Because I feel really demotivated

Sure. I passed all my GCSE's with no revision.

To me, 3 hours after school every day already sounds pretty great! You should certainly get some time off in amongst all of that. But if lack of motivation is what's stopping you from revising at weekends, then I think you really should keep an eye on your level of motivation in the week too, just to ensure it doesn't become an issue on those days too (and if it does, you'll be able to recognise it sooner and do something about it).

Otherwise, well done so far and good luck
