    Doing my extended essay on this topic, what does everyone think?

    You need a bit of context as it can vary from bacterium species and how capable they are at replicating and causing issues for the host (humans). Then you got the issue of resistance, which has been caused pretty much by the inappropriate use of antibiotics (it's a selection pressure for the individual bacteria in the colony that so happen to have the DNA to counter the drug given e.g. upregulating efflux pumps to 'kick out' the drug etc. Resistance also occurs with viruses but you tend to hear of it less.

    Thanks for your comment. I have already included vaccinations/bacterias increasing resistance to antibiotics. I'll post my plan so far here, would you mind having a little look? diolch yn fawr
