    Hi everyone!!!

I'm currently in year 11 with my exams beginning in May, and I'm aware this may be a slightly late time of the year to be doing my daily GCSE revision blog - but nevertheless here's some background information for all of you, including the subjects I am currently studying as well as my current/predicted grades:

    Maths - Edexcel - 9/9
    Add. Maths - OCR - A/A
    English Lit. - OCR - 4/6
    English Lang. - OCR - 5/6
    Biology - OCR - A*/A*
    Chemistry - OCR - A*/A*
    Physics - OCR - A*/A*
    Computer Science - CIE (IGCSE) - A*/A*
    Geography - AQA - A*/A*
    Economics - OCR - A/A*
    German - Edexcel - B/A
    RS - AQA - B/A

Now, from this list of predicted grades its blatantly obvious my main target is to improve in English - the results shown above are from my mock exams which happened prior to the Christmas holidays, and accordingly over the holidays I dedicated a large proportion of my time to constructing quote banks, which I am still continuing to build upon, so hopefully I should be able to get a significantly higher grade in my actual exam

I also spent a lot of time making notes on RS, which, like quite a few of my classmates did, I did absolutely no revision for prior to the mock exam, so hopefully I should be able to also alleviate that grade.

And as for German, I've been using memrise recently to try and learn the entire vocabulary list, although I have to admit I definitely underestimated the size of that list .

Now, the most ideal outcome of my GCSEs would be obtaining 11A*s - it would literally be a dream come true. Obviously in order to do this, I'm going to have to work extremely hard in the build-up to my exams; which is why I decided to share this journey with all of you!

I will be posting daily about any revision I do that day, as well as my life in general - and I think it goes to say that if you have any questions, please do ask!

Good luck, I like the methods you have listed so far!

You clearly do not need any advice for maths, but just in case the key is practice, practice, practice :borat:
