King's College London definitely does have a common year one for Anatomy, Developmental & Human Biology, Biochemistry,Biomedical Science, Medical Physiology, Molecular Genetics, Neuroscience, Pharmacology and Pharmacology & Molecular Genetics.

UCL also has an option that after the first year of Biomedical sciences you can transfer to any of the following specialist degree programs: Anatomy and Developmental Biology, Genetics, Human Genetics, Immunology and Infection, Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Physiology, BSc Physiology and Pharmacology
