This is a question for anyone who has been to the assessment centre for the TSP graduate role or has declared any cautions/convictions.
Im wondering if having a couple of cautions from 3 years ago for shoplifting will prevent a job offer proposal. Im not the same person as I was when I committed those offences - there are always extenuating circumstances but most importantly ive learnt from them.
Because there is no interview element this year I will not be able to explain all this to the assessors.
Can anyone whos been through similar or who has already decalred any offences offer advice?
