Hi there, I have just been accepted as an eu student to Heriot Watt to study MSc petroleum engineering. Unfortunately the course fee is quite high at 12 grand and it is not on the SAAS list of eligible courses for a loan. I have not lived in the UK but I have worked offshore from the uk for the last 5 years. Are there any other options for loans?
