I don't really have much of a social life right now..none of my friends come out anymore.
So I was considering when I have finished my GCSE exams maybe joining rangers or senior guides?
Would I be able to make friends by doing extra activities like this?

Making friends--Well after school activities is good or outside interests besides school. Skiing, ice skating, bowling art classes or a part time job if old enough to work. Also any kids in your neighborhood. Try babysitting. Try family nights Just some ideas. Hope this helps.

Thank you I'm 16 but not getting a job till GCSEs are done. I just wanted something where I had the chance of making friendships.

try the hobbies then. I am in America where you can get a job while in school at 14. Try any group activity. Summer camp ( sleep away camp)is great for making friends or any other group activity
