Hi there. I'm currently in year 11 and choosing my A level subjects.I want to study Linguistics in the uni and they don't have requirements in subjects.(Eng lang and an arts/science mix are preferred but not required). My school doesn't offer eng lang and Eng Lit is impossible for me to learn.
So,I want to choose those subjects,
I think it is a quite good combination? But I cannot choose between phy and chem.I do equally well in both of them and the option for either of which will not have much effect on my uni application. And I enjoy both of them.
I know that Physics is maths-y and there's an overlap between maths and physics.I wonder if that will be kind of boring?(But might help to get a better grade)
I don't mind maths or memorizing many things. Does Chemistry has a larger workload?(edexcel for both
Could someone who has been in the same situation or study both phy and chem in A level give me some advice? Thanks and sorry it's very long and badly written.
