I am an undergraduate healthcare student and I really need help with picking an accommodation

I need an en suite, self catered one and i am slightly leaning towards richmond and sheavyn however it is February now and i don't know if there are still spaces for me. Although I would prefer fallowfields, i have some questions regarding all 3 buildings (en suite, self catered):

-which one is cheapest? (can't really trust the uni website for correct prices, those seem really expensive for all)

-which one is relatively "clean"? i might sound picky but i could not live in a place that i would be scared to touch, a clean, okay looking place to live in is a must for me.

-is it sociable? younger people around the same age?

-does it have parking spaces? how much?

    -On site washing facilities?

-how close to uni or city (shops)?
