    I am doing foundation at Into . I applied for petroleum engineering at the university of Manchester, their requirements were AAA. Grades come from the combination of January and June exam where exam of june is the main exam and carries more marks. January exam is for semester one and june exam is for semester two. My January exam is finished . Depending on the academic progress of semester one my teachers predicted BBB for me to ucas application that's why Manchester declined me as I couldn't meet the conditions . My questions are ;

    1. Why University authority took the decision just depending on the predicted grades where my final exam result is still remaining?

    2. Will I able to apply again if I meet the requirements in the final exam ?
