    1. Please give details of any prizes, awards or stipends etc. you have won or been granted, numbering them 1 to 5 (you need not include your degree here).

    A) I received a certificate for my contribution as a volunteer. I am not sure whether this is "outstanding" enough as everyone received it too. I have dedicated over 140 hours.

    B) It says that I need not include my degree here. I was awarded a full scholarship to study towards my LLB in law at the London School of Economics. Do I leave this out at this point of the application form?

    Many thanks!

You put that you got a full scholarship, and it's value, reason for award etc. What they mean is you don't put in your degree itself.

You can put the volunteering in if you don't have 5 other stronger examples to offer. What is important is not the certificate, but what you actually did for others.
