So my resting heart rate ranges between 53-60bpm (Fitbit) But I would find after doing some form of cardio my heart rate would jump to 150 within a few seconds ( 5-10 seconds) I'm wondering if this is normal that my heart can so quickly change from 60 bpm to 150 bpm in such a short amount of time?

    Thank you in advance.

How can your heart rate jump up to 150 in 5-10 seconds - don't you need some time to even reliably measure it?

If you did something where you suddenly increased your work rate, like sprinting, then it would make sense for it go up quite quickly like that. Its abnormal if you find it goes up without sudden strenuous physical activity or you are symptomatic (e.g. fainting, dizziness, chest pain etc)

Lol this is my heart rate (with a 35bpm resting) reading during an extremely vigorous 20 mins anaerobic exercise, and i'm highly conditioned and fit, just to give you some incentive - you're fine.Name: IMG_6686.PNG
