hi i am currently doing financial maths in year 1 in Leicester uni and i want to transfer to business school to do economics course and repeat year 1. however i have been told that since i am doing the core module of economic so i am not allow to transfer to do economics course for year 1 because it will be unfair for the new year 1 student. also i can not transfer to year 2 since i haven't other core module of economic my further study in Leicester uni. for me the second reason is make sense but the first one i totally dont understand it. that is really suck. I found financial maths is not the thing i want and i found i am interested to do economic. that is rlly suck that i am not able to transfer it.

I'd say contact someone higher up than whoever told you that reason for not being able to transfer to year 1, that's a pretty rubbish reason and it's not like 1st year counts anyway.
