Hello,
Has anyone else on here applied for this apprenticeship? :smile:

If so, what stage are you at?
How did you phone interview go?

I just feel a little alone in the whole process as I haven't found anyone else on here or anywhere online who has applied to it so just wondered :smile:

(I'm so sorry I've put this in the wrong section, I don't know how to move it lol someone help please?)

Have you got a link to this role? I used to work in HR (Business Partner level) and will be able to give you some tips if you'd like? :smile:

it's on santander's careers page.
I've just had my phone interview with them yesterday but I feel like I didn't do very well :/ one of the questions was something like what do you think your role would involve and it just stumped me even though i'd researched what hr does i just couldn't answer it well, just out of curiosity, what would have been a good answer to this?
