It says that for undergraduate entries "(Certificate of Maturity) typically comparable not accepted for direct entry however exceptions may be made where good grades have been achieved (8-9/10). IB and A Levels also suitable for direct entry." That's quite unclear for me. What else do I have to do if Certificate of Maturity is not enough? I have grades good enough for an exception, but it is still quite unclear. Do I have to take STEP exam? What else would I need to show that I am a good candidate? Maybe they take MAT, since I was thinking of doing that instead of STEP.

Only the uni can tell you but yes it may be an exam or it may be a foundation course that's required. Email and ask.

They are not replying me for some reason. Maybe someone had similar experiences?

How long has it been? If it's been a week or so then follow it up. Then you can ring. Don't risk someone giving you incorrect info.

Well, umm, it's not urgent, but they haven't replied me for over a month, I wrote again about a week ago. Still no response.
I am from Lithuania, by the way.

Did you email [email protected]? I emailed them like a month ago and they never replied. Maybe [email protected] will be more useful.
