My favourite teacher is my chemistry teacher and he likes me because I work really hard and get top marks in the class. He likes to banter with the class and make loads of jokes and he'd do this with me too during class but recently he's turned away from talking to me unless I ask him something and he focuses on everyone else instead. He still does his big grins to me but I feel as if he no longer likes me. He's such an inspiration to me but I don't know what to make of it anymore. What do you guys think? (Sorry if this all seems weird).

I think it's all in your mind really. Do you have a crush on him or something?

I wouldn't take it to heart!

I would actually take it as a compliment! He believes that you can succeed without the support you have been enjoying up until now! He is probably concerned with students in your class who are not doing as well... Why don't you look into helping those people too! Your teacher will probably appreciate the help
