What time do you go to bed and wake up? Watch

    (Original post by e2014)
I feel like during the school day, I'm always tired. I'm going to try to start going to bed earlier and I was wondering what time you go to bed (and wake up) and if this leaves you feeling tired or refreshed. At this stage, I really can't afford to not be feeling alert during the school day. It's just that revision, homework and coursework piles up and before I know it it's really late.
some advice I would give is to do homework/ coursework as soon as you get home. this sounds tough but once you are done you can relax, and this will improve the quality of your sleep in general as you are actually relaxed before bed.
I would also consider downloading flux or twilight. these are red light filtering apps that will make it easier for you to sleep as they stop the blue light.

Always far too late. I sometimes long for the days when my father turned my internet off at 10pm! I actually got to bed on time in those days:moon:

I try and get to sleep 9:30pm onwards until 7:15am. I'm always on my phone so it ends up being around 10:30/11pm though
