I recently bought the Casio 991-ES Plus to help me out a bit with derivation and integration, and was wondering if it is allowed in the actual board exam. If the CIE examiner comes, I don't want to be accused of malpractice. Thanks in advance for any help.

It looks fine to me, slightly more advanced than the normal ones but I you need to speak to your tutor or anyone in the examinations office (if you have one) just to be sure.

It is allowed for all boards since it is only capable of numeric algebra/integration/differentiation.

It's only calculators that can perform symbolic integration/differentiation that aren't allowed, for obvious reasons.
