I am choosing my GCSE options soon and I have already decidied on history and all three sciences. I want to be a doctor or physiatrist when I am older and although it is very ambitious, I do well in school and I am in top set for all subjects. The main options I am contemplating are ICT, computing and health and social. I have heard ICT is easy and would be good if I wanted to get a good graded GCSE with not too much work but I do really like computing. I hate languages and there isn't much else I enjoy at school. If you could leave a comment and maybe suggest what I should take as my finals GCSE since we can only take an extra 3 because we do 9 including RE since it is compulsory. Please help

    No, ICT is not easy.
The work load is high, and you need to be able to put in lots of effort, and have an understanding in computers.
The coursework can be very confusing and take a long time.
I am doing the gcse in ICT and I do like it, although I am very good with computers.

Anymore questions, feel free to ask.

Are you sure it's called ICT or is it called Computing? ICT is very different to Computing.

We do not have coursework anymore, so I do not know if they are making the tests and assessments a lot harder. Just be sure that you can tackle the workload

Hey, if you don't want to do a subject with a lot of coursework, then DEFINITELY do not choose Health and Social! Both of my friends study it and the work load is really heavy and it's quite demanding, but if you're willing to put the time and effort into the coursework and you'd rather do more coursework than exams, then it'll be fine
