Student Loans studying outside of England.

Hi Guys,

So next year I'm wanting to study the OU's Psychology Diploma, however I spend around 9 months a year living in Italy. Am I still eligible for a student loan whilst residing there? or do I have to physically be in England to receive it?

Would I be eligible to the maintenance loan too? I assume not, but thought I'd drop the question.

Maintenance loans are (currently) unavailable to OU students, and SFE requires that you are normally resident in England to be eligible.
