I got a conditional offer at this school, but I have seen many bad reviews, and many people have told me it is not a good school. But some have also told me it is a very good school. I went to their open evening and I really liked it. Should I go??

You have to do what is best for you, rather than just listening to what other people think (which I realise is ironic). If you like it, and it offers the subjects you want to do, then do it! But not everybody likes the same things, so you have to consider you, and whether it is a good fit for your interests and your situation.

In learning, some people like to sit and be lectured at the blackboard all day. Others like to do group work. Some people prefer to make posters, or make presentations. Some people want to be left to work through the textbook, or have no homework, or have loads of homework. So any of those things could cause someone to leave a bad review - if the school does group work then the person who hates it will leave a bad review, but if they don't do group work the person who loves it will leave a bad review.
