I am taking Biology, Chemistry and Geography at A-level and I am doing very well in all three. Yet, I have found I enjoy biology the most. However, I have considered taking medicine at degree but I don't know what other degrees I could take along the lines of medicine and where it could lead me i.e. jobs in the future.

Medicine isn't really the best degree to take if you just think you enjoy biology. You only have to look at the news to see the huge pressures the NHS is currently facing - that's what you would be letting yourself in for. If you just do it because you don't know what other jobs you might enjoy, you'd be letting yourself in for a lifetime of unhappiness (assuming you actually got a place - medicine degrees are very competitive, and you might not show enough enthusiasm at interview to get an offer).

Have a look at a uni website and see what courses they offer. You can then look at the required subjects for each, to see whether you qualify - you'll find that most don't specify exact subjects you need, although you may be limited because you don't do maths. You could also try a skills health check to see what jobs are suggested for you, and then research into those.
