Occupational Therapy degree Part time at London South Bank uni - advice watch

    • Thread Starter

I finished my A Levels in June 2016, and decided to take a gap year. In November i got a job at my local hospital as a Healthcare Assistant in Oncology/ Medical Physics. Through observation i have decided to apply for a degree in Occupational Therapy next year.

As i live so close to London (30 minute train to Waterloo) i was considering doing a Part Time Degree at London South Bank. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with Part Time degree's/ commuting. Ideally i would like to continue working whilst doing my degree to allow me to have a source of income ( this being the only reason i would do a part time degree) would this work?

And also if anyone has any advice about writing my personal statement/ if anyone has any experience or tips from being an Occupational Therapist

    Thank you in advance
