I've got an offer for the MSc in Economic History at LSE which I'm obviously beyond ecstatic about.

I've also been awarded a scholarship so that I will only have to pay around £5/6k in fees as opposed to £13k. I know people pay up to £30k for LSE courses so this obviously is way lower.

Is it worth it for me to do the Master's despite the cost? I mean it does seem so considering even London Met charges around 9 grand for a similar courses.

I wouldn't just go for it because of the cost of LSE vs London Met (and certainly not a fair comparison!). Think about whether you will enjoy the course enough and/or actually need it for your future career. Those are reasons to do a course, not whether or not it's cheap!

Well I'm obviously interested and know I'll enjoy it, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten an offer.....
