Yeah but I lead a useless life, whcih I can't change. Maybe the tunnels blocked off now on both ends, surely I've been in this tunnel for that long.
The problem is me, more than anything. I don't know how to change my mindset and thoughts. Can't help it. It's so ingrained it's first nature

I just rang up to book a hospital appointment, I was so anxious.
The appointment is in November :nothing: will have to suffer until then :cry2:
    :console:

I've heard waiting times are pretty bad these days.

Idk if anyone else gets this but I'm in one of those moods where I'm too depressed to actually move. Used to get this way too much in uni and resulted in more than 50 all-nighters (for no other reason than total lack of motivation to even sleep). It's even uncomfortable staying in the same place. Seems to result from not doing anything but alternating between TSR and YouTube and literally nothing else. When I throw some studying into the mix I'm usually ok, but I just can't work anymore, I have zero interest . And I feel terrible about myself because I'm not doing anything. Worthless.

I know :sigh: why didn't my GP send me for an x-ray? She referred me to '' rheumatology" and now I feel as though my problem is nothing compared to what other people who go there have.

Well they may still do an x-ray in order to investigate whatever discomfort it is that you're facing. A rheumatologist is simply a specialist in a broad range of conditions in that category.

And you shouldn't think like that. If you're in any kind of discomfort then your need is just as valid as anyone else's.

I feel like a right numpty.
Just as I start thinking I'm getting okay with the things I can't stomach, like my fears and phobias, I end up crying in front of my whole family over some pictures and a little bit of turbulence on my flight makes me puke for over an hour.
    I swear I can't stand myself.

Crying isn't bad - it's just an emotional release. And people can experience all kinds of emotions over all kinds of different things.

"Tears have cleansed my eyes and errors have taught me the language of the hearts".

And with regards to plane turbulence, it's natural to feel unsettled at times like that. And look a the bright side - at least you didn't puke at the thought of take-off (I've known many to do that )

True, I just wish I wasn't so sensitive to when people try to get to me it's like getting hit right in the balls

    what is that?

I know, it's just that I'm usually a very good flyer  Although to be fair, we hit the turbulence when we were eating dinner

So ask... no one? Dr. Strange, everyone can do without me, and they would be better off for it too. Why I continue to plague their lives with my presence, I :dontknow:
Guess I feel like I might as well torture everyone because if I have to live with me, they do too
:sigh: Just tired. I'm worse when I'm tired

    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
My family won't stop going on about marriage and it's really pissing me off  fgs.
I don't even understand how they manage to bring it up as often as they do atm :hmmmm:
:banghead: Next person I hear it from, I might just end up snapping at them
And before anyone says try to speak to them, failed big time.

I demand you to stop saying that right this moment :slap: Nobody will do without you. You're important to many people. Remember - you're the cause of someone's happiness. Be happy with who you are, not sad of who you're not! There are many people who would love to be you!

My parents talk about marriage too. I've just learnt to laugh it off and ignore it. If it makes them happy then by all means enjoy yourselves talking about my marriage. It's not happening anytime soon... Probably never at this rate, so joke's on them.

I'm doing very well at the moment 😄

My purpose is to make people smile and laugh and, if that means I embarrassing myself by saying something random then my job is done 😂😂

I know but why make it so complicated? I wanted an appointment with a female doctor but they could not find who the doctor was when I rang up :sigh:

It's only back-pain when I wake up in the morning and can get worse when I stand for long periods of time. My GP says it would be normal in older people, but because I am young it may be serious (and also because it has been going on for a year or more)

      I hope I have cancer

It's lovely, isn't it? 😄 I'm usually happy but sometimes you just need that little pick me up.

If it makes anyone feel better, I washed my work uniform and after spinning it over 15 times it still feels like it's taken a swim in the Lake - so I've had to squeeze most of the water out with my hands... SO MUCH FUN!! 😂😂😂

Awww, I understand :hugs: Still, I suppose the good thing about being sensitive is that you develop a better understanding of the emotions felt by other people. And you can always draw strength from the fact that you live with this sensitivity without being completely consumed by it. :yep:

It's just thought taken from the works of Khalil Gibran (a very famous poet of old).

I have a huge collection of literature, and an abundance of reference points for all occasions.
