    Lift weights. A good amount of weight gain will go to muscle instead of fat, and will very slightly bolster your metabolic rate. When you've gained a lot of mass you can cut down the fat for a few weeks and you'll still have the added muscle mass and metabolic boost. The boost in metabolism will be very slight though. Like an extra Curly Wurly or two per day.

    The other way which you may want to combine with the first method, would be to do a lot of cardio. Running 5 miles will afford you about an extra 500 calories per day IIRC, which is about 2 Magnum ice cream lollies.

    2) just had dinner, friend rice and grilled pork :coma: - do yknow the deadline for the parents bit on student finance? I registered but never got round to it :dontknow:
    3) IM REVISING BIO NOW ARE YOU PROUD OF ME CHEESE? :hugs: pls revise d1 cheese, itll make your future lyfe better and you wont be homeless then :sadnod: :rofl: make dijkstra proud!!
    4) do 10mins of d1 cheese, just ten minutes si vous plait - you wont regret it and you can sleep well knoing you did dem 10mins
    5) need to pack bag too and buy a clear pencil case for mocks
    6) when do you sleep usually? 10:30pm for moi

    k so I've done my essay :wizard: days before the deadline bc I'm just that type of person :smug:
    erm so I made full use of the word limit. But I've just realised that I've only talked about a few aspects and with inordinate verbosity idek how
    -what am I doing
    -why am I doing

    I am not going to fix it bc idc I already said idc and I've seceded from all my ****s ages ago, when I said I give up

    maybe I will give a **** a few hours before the deadline

    but no I give up and I'm exhausted

    so I'm going to bed to watch judge rinder and I'm going to phone up my friends to annoy them by telling them every single boring detail of my day while eating ice cream to mourn my fervour for everything in life
