    :cube:

I'm drinking tea and have meds and lemsip somewhere if it gets worse. :sadnod:
I have a 3000-4000 word essay due on the 15th that I need to start. Plus an interview in Edinburgh on Friday.

Ah, I'll see them on Wednesday. Don't like to bother them much, really.
    :cube:

    That's good.
I'm sure it'll go away soon.

You could do a timetable thing, so you can get your essay done, and interview prep. Just rest today.
Good luck for your interview by the way.

Okay good. Don't feel like you're bothering them, as it's their job to help you.

Hopefully it does, I have a two hour simulation class tomorrow where we have to debate

For essays I tend to try and write about 500 words a day or so when I start them. That's timetable like, yeah? And thank you! I have most of the prep done already, I think. It's 2 group group exercises and then a sole interview.

I don't like asking for help. Help that doesn't exist much anyway

That sounds like fun. I'm sure you'll feel better, just keep drinking lots of fluids.

    Yeah, that's a good plan.
All good , I hope you enjoy it too, and I'm sure it'll go well. :hugs:

I see what you mean, but that's what they're there for.
Did you have CBT or something?

I see what you mean, but I'm sure things will go fine, and if they don't, there's always help to put it right-as cliche as that sounds.

Thank you :hugs: I'm a bit nervous, but I'm sure it'll be fine.

I'm too severe for CBT. I think it's a waste of time and besides, I'm pretty good at manipulating; I could lie my way through the entire course of treatment and not get better at all. It's why they won't put me forward for it.

I don't think it's offered in my area, plus the fact that I have trust issues. Took me about 6 months to trust my CPN. I wouldn't get that amount of time to trust a DBT therapist. Also don't think it's in-depth enough

Does your CPN help you much?

He tries his best, I guess. I mean, he can't do much. I'm medication resistant and the psychiatrist has given up on me.

    Ah, I see.

    Maybe another psychiatrist would help?

I'm sorry, I'm a bit rubbish with giving out advice, and I have similar problems.

Good luck with it. I'm sure you'll do well, and make sure you get a lot of revision in.

    I personally hate maths haha.

Only psychiatrist attached to my GP's (it's weird here for the mh services, your psychiatrist is the one who looks after your GP practice).

It's alright :hugs: My issues are rather extensive, it's just not chronic low moods. No one can really solve it
