Had an argument with a ...relative o Facebook. I don't mind fairly civil debate, but I bloody hate it when they're all hypocritical. I called someone up on their racism, and the family member said "It's their private views"
know the feeling mate, I had a similar thing with 1 of my best mates last year except it was about certain people we went to school with...who I didnt like but got on with him. anyhoo we didnt speak to each other for a year but now were back chatting to each other this year.

We care. Sorry, I didn't see this earlier. Truth be told, I think most people wear a mask, and society doesn't allow you to be vulnerable, as that's seen as a weakness. Some people seem perpetually happy, others perpetually angry, as if to spark fear but really it's a mask. Basically I'm saying good on you for exposing that vulnerable side of yourself

You know you're too geeky when:

    1. You know what the vast majority of filename extensions stand for.

    2. You know about the various 802.11 standards used for WiFi from 802.11b to 802.11ac

    3. You know how to edit the Registry with Registry Editor

    4. You know what functions the background processes in Task Manager serve

    5. You know how to hack drivers intended for an older version of Windows so that they'll work in Windows 8.1 or Windows 10

I wish we could rehearse our presentation before the day comes

    but that is impossible

it will be really awkward and won't go smoothly bc we have no idea how to transition into each section and no idea whether our points coincide

and all bc of one person

I'm still thinking about avocado, it was disgusting and I knew better.
