I'LL be sitting the physics paper this year ( YEAR 12 AQA new spec). As im not in school anymore i cant do the practicals which you have to do. I've asked a college to see if i can do the practicals but this college does the edexcel exam board. Would i be able to sit the aqa paper but do the edexcel practicals?

I doubt it because only one board is responsible for awarding the qualification.

Decide which board you want to do then contact the relevant exam board. What does the college do about practicals and why cant you do it that way?

My understanding is one exam board or the other. You cant mix.

999tigger is correct if you are going to do the practical endorsement it has to be with the same examiner as the exams
