I start my training for PGL in march for the role AI/GL and am very curious to know what the 10 day training is like as I can't find any information. I am wondering if there's anything I could prepare for whilst I have a month off?
Also has anyone worked for PGL before on here and can tell me about the work life balance and acomidation. I will be placed at lidington.

PGL accommodation tends to be onsite, and a slightly better equipped version of the residential accommodation.

I've never worked for PGL but generally the life in the outdoor/adventure industry is pretty good and you can really make some good connections.

My main advice would be get out and do some of the activities you'll be running/the kids will be doing. If you're not proficient in anything before you start, get down your local centres and get some experience.

Work/life balance tends to be pretty good, especially as you'll likely be living on site.
