1. i) 2 tan^3x - 7 tan^2x +7 tanx - 2 = 0
ii) 2 sin^3x - 7 sin^2x +7 sinx -2=0
iii) 2 cos^3x - 7 cos^2x +7 cosx -2 =0

They can all be factorised.
Notice that the expression can be factories using factor theorem.
