International student who wants to live in London

So I applied for law at Bristol and Edinburgh and received offers; however, i liked Edinburgh more but I know that if I want to live in London after I should choose Bristol. Is it still possible to go to Edinburgh and practice at a firm in London? or are my chances low? Advice please.
You could but I believe that you need to take a 1 year conversion course for English law.

Is it even slightly possible for an international student to get training contract opportunities from UK firms? Anyone has any experience on this?
