Hoping to apply for Music Theatre BA at Arts Ed and Mountview, both of which charge ca £14k tuition. Student loan covers only £6k. (Also applying for GSA & Central which are covered by UCAS/Student loan scheme)
How do people make up the shortfall if they don't have rich parents and their gap year job doesn't pay enough to save 24k in a year???

I imagine most people have rich parents to pay for them. It seems a bit odd to apply to a private college if you don't have the money to pay for it (and really, it isn't worth the money). Why can't you go to a public college/university, that way you'd get a full loan to cover the cost of the degree?
