    In an exam you cannot write (for question 5) e = 117 - 38.

This is because you have completed missed out a step, even though I know you have done it in your head.

    You first need to use that the third, unlabelled angle in the triangle is 180 - 117, because there are 180 degrees in a straight line, and because the angles of a triangle add up to 180, 180 - (180 - 117) - 38 = 180 - 180 + 117 - 38 = 79 = e would be the correct answer for full marks.

Thank you for your help. Yes I see what you mean. Are the rest correct?

You have had a reply from another user confirming this

I sampled it just now by looking at question 9 and your answer and working there is sufficient and correct so I would assume the rest is too.
