    I'm in the middle of applying to college and I need to write a short personal statement (2,000 characters, including spaces) but I don't know what to write or how to structure it. Help meh plez? xD

    I've written (and helped others with) UCAS personal statements and the structure should be similar
    You should identify activities you have done, reflect upon them (how they helped you develop as a student/person, why you thought it was important, how you contributed etc) and then link it to your course/subjects.

    These 'activities' can be extracurriculars, hobbies, or things within school such as projects, or anything else relevant. E.g. If you've done a charity walk, led a study group, researched a particular area of a subject, joined a sports team.

    As long as you stick to the 1) statement 2) reflection 3)link to course, those 2,000 words should fly by pretty quickly 😊
