Sorry this has happened Try running it under cold water to prevent swelling and bruising. Should heal on its own!

Not only should you have this seen to by a doctor, you should also see someone about the incident that caused it. Maybe a teacher a school/college/uni or whatever? It's not right that you were treated this way. If you see a doctor about it, you can tell them what happened and they can help you access help and support for your situation

For the finger try running it under cold water and seeing if it helps. If it stays how it is or doesn't improve much see a doctor- walk-in clinic is probably your best bet but call 111 to see where is most appropriate. You can take paracetamol if it's painful.
Also, depending on the situation leading up to it you may want to see somebody about how your mum acts with you. I understand that sometimes accidents just happen and I don't want to make a harsh judgement based on such a brief amount of info, but if it is something that can happen often or you feel that your mother does mistreat you in any way there are people you can turn to. One option would be to speak to a teacher, doctor etc but you can also call an abuse helpline (you can find contact info on google) or 101 (police non-emergency) and, if there is ever any immediate danger to you or others you can call 999.
Again, sorry if i'm off base with that, but I wanted to cover it in case it was necessary.
