I find it easy to get bogged down with the percentages I get not the grades. So does it really matter whether I get 60% in something or 69% in something when at the end of the day I got a 2:1 in both? Also would I put the percentage I get overall of my CV or just the grade?

Just grade unless it's a masters.

Some universities for post doc ask for a high 2.1, so yes, in that respect it can matter.

If you're going on to further study (Masters, PhD) then individual module grades can matter. Other than that, employers will generally only care about your final overall degree grade. If you're going into an organisation at something other than a graduate scheme, even your grade may not matter as long as you just have a degree.

    Depends who you ask.

In general put your overall grade then if you get above 57,67,75 state your percentage too. If you've done modules relevant to the job and got good grades in them then quote them too.
