Is there a possibility that I could apply to UCAS Extra if I make one university as an insurance choice rather than a firm one? (2 of my choices were unsuccessful, might withdraw the two other choices as I don't particularly want them)

you have to decline all your offers or have no offers to go through ucas extra. you cant just have an insurance choice.
