Do you think energy drinks are a placebo Watch

    Ive drank two as was feeling drained I do feel energised but wondering if the drinks have done nothing and it is actually a placebo.

    Thoughts?

    Caffeine is proven to work, but I guess there is also a slight placebo effect as you expect it to give you tonnes of energy due to the crazy packaging and the over the top adverts

    I'd like to think it's a bit of both as I am sure drinking energy has some physical benefit in addition to the mentality boost

    No because they have known ingredients such as caffeine, taurine , Vit B and glucose in which have an effect on your body. It may be you are less caffeine sensitive,
