1. Is 2y =2 - x perpendicular to y = 5 - 2x?
2. Re arrange the first equation to be in the form y=mx+c.
See whether the two gradients times to equal -1 (rule of perependicularity)

write both in the form and see if both gradients multiply to equal -1
