    Hi

My name is Carolina, I'm a EU student (born and grown up in Italy) with both Italian and UK nationality (my mum is English) currently in my 3rd (final) year of undergraduate studies. I moved to the UK in September of 2014 just before I started my UG degree. I've received an offer to study a MSc degree at King's College London and I have a few questions:

    1. Would I be eligible for the 10k loan for a PG programme starting in 2017/2018?

    2. In the application, I have been asked to state what was my permanent home address in September 2014 (the time I started my undergraduate studies here in the UK). I don't know what should I write down, as during my first year, I was living in the Halls of Residence of my University (and I know that I can't insert my University's address as a permanent home address).

    3. In the application, I can only see my course for the year off study 2016/2017. When will applications for the loan be open for PG 2017/18?

    1. Yes - EU students studying in England are eligible for the PGL
    2. Your permanent home address would be your address in Italy - permanent address means where you would have lived if you hadn't been at university.
    3. We don't know yet - last year it was in April/May.
