I've been told by family and friends that I look like a model, but I am 5 feet tall (small).

Do you believe that someone can still look like a model, despite their height?

I hope I don't sound conceited, as that was not my intention.

Depends what type of model? Catwalk is the obvious one where height might be an issue but if your friends and family are talking photographic modelling then it isn't such an issue I don't think.
I do a lot of portrait and fashion photography and as long as my subject has the looks, height isn't an issue for me. It's all about personality and charisma on front of the camera.

Ive seen small models before, mostly for photographs not for catwalks though.

Yes. Joanna Kuchta is an example. She's 5ft2 and a model because she has the unique model look.

You could definitely look like a model in the face, and you may even look as delicate as a model. However, height will be a big issue if it is something you want to pursue professionally. Kate Moss is 5ft 6 (or thereabouts) as is an exception. “I would not be looking for anyone under 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches. That’s the absolute minimum,” a top modeling agent told Vogue.com - https://www.leaf.tv/articles/the-ave...ht-of-a-model/. I mean 5ft 8 is seen as short for an actual runway / high fashion model.

Looks wise though, in the face, anyone is capable of having that 'model look'. There is definitely a huge trend in 'Instagram' models and such, whom have the look but perhaps don't have the height / connections / desire to pursue actual high fashion modelling.

I find shorter girls a lot more attractive, don't ask questions
