Hello! I've got an interview in just over a week for Arts University Bournemouth to study Makeup for Media and Performance. I was just wondering if anyone who is studying this course or has already had an interview could give me some helpful tips? What questions should I expect to be asked? I've tried to include everything they've asked for in my portfolio but is there anything inparticular you think I should have to help? Any comments would be gratefully appreciated- even if it's not the same course!

    Thank you

    Hi

I've asked for this to be moved to the Arts University Bournemouth forum. If you look in there there are a few threads with posts from other applicants about their interview experiences.

Also if you look in the Art and Design university courses there's a stickied thread for make up applicants (to all universities not just AUB) where you can chat to make up applicants and find out about their interview experiences too.

I'm guessing you've already read the FAQ on the website: https://aub.ac.uk/courses/ba/ba-make...rformance-faq/, the interview page https://aub.ac.uk/courses/ba/ba-make...ws-portfolios/ and the portfolio guide http://webdocs.aub.ac.uk/BA%20%28Hon...Guidelines.pdf

As the course is heavily vocational it might be worth reading through the job profiles on creative skillset too: http://creativeskillset.org/search/5...tags%5B%5D=&q=

Thank you! When I posted this initially, it wouldn't let me select the AUB forum so thank you so much for that! That's all really good advice I will be sure to take a look at everything I've missed, thank you again
