I've added more people to the graph, colour-coded. (I ran out of colours so Libers are the same colour as indies/those that aren't in a party)

I really like that now iSideWith gives you the ability to use your results for other countries.

Interestingly enough, isidewith got all the parties and presidential candidates I support most in the above countries right, except for the UK.

Do us as yellow/gold and the Liberals as orange for the distinction.

Desmos only has six colours to work with, it seems, so I have improvised with different shape points :P

Results won't load for me on the political test what a waste of time.

Btw, here's the old thread if people want to compare how things have changed: https://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/sho....php?t=3683913 Perhaps link in the OP Jammy Duel?

Here's my compass for early 2017.
    Economic: -6.5
    Social: -4.51

Looks like it might have changed a little bit, but not much. I suspect changes (at least from the last one) are largely affected by mood lol

For reference, in 2014 I got: -7, -2 and in late 2015 I got -5.13, -4.87. So it looks like I'm around the same socially (surprised it hasn't gone further libertarian actually, I certainly feel more socially liberal now than in 2015) and a step more economically left-wing. I actually did one a while back but I can't find the results now. The social score was the same as late 2015 and the economic one was a tad lefter.
I'll add that when I get home as well as a note that political test isn't working. Note that if you press back it saves your choices, I will check regularly in case it does start working.

I won't be doing much analysis myself, although if I can work out what function needs applying to rebase the axes so the MHoC mean (obviously fake results aside) is the centre with the edges being constant I will do that. Might have to be lazy and write a little program that keeps stretching and reassessing until it's arbitrarily close. Thinking about it I might be looking at a fools errand

This is everyone plotted on the political compass (roughly) so far:

I gave you a big list of Tories including my own figure on page 1.

Indeed I did, and I have added a few of them. The graph got too crowded however (probably more than the website was designed to accomodate), so I moved it to here. I am going to add the rest of them now.

    Fantastic graph.

A true reflection of the Tories being united in their economic beliefs with a broad social spread.

EDIT: I left a few questions out for the ISideWith as my view was more nuanced than the available options.

Yes, I was expecting a large concentration in a specific area, but I am pleasantly suprised overall. It's good to see representation from across the board, both economically and socially.
