My fiat punto 2002 is getting old and slowly breaking! After driving for 2 years I feel its time for an upgrade!

It needs to be 5 doors and my budget is around 3K give or take. I need something reliable and a bit newer. Usually cover 250/300 miles a week. Thanks.

You can get a good 10-12 plate Citroen C1 or Toyota Aygo for about £3000. These are reliable & have very very low insurance too

Yes id also recommend an Aygo, i have one as my first car, paid 4k for a 2012 place with just less than 40k miles on it, insurance is cheap and its very nippy, can be slow accelerating to motorway speeds and also slow with multiple people in but all in all a very good reliable car

You can get a new-shape (2009) Ford Fiesta for about 2.5-3k, if you've got a couple of year's no claims then should be nice and cheap to insure. Given that they're always ranked among the best hatchbacks in the world, worth a look I say. I've got one and I love it, one of the best bang-for-buck cars on the market IMO.

You've not mentioned anything about insurance, so it's somewhat difficult to find you the best car within your price range. How much are you looking to pay for your insurance?
