Lots of exercise which leaves you endorphin filled and exhausted. I have also found exam stress and revision reduced my libido. But, why bother, daily is hardly excessive and free harmless fun.
yupp at least focusing on gym and my studies is gonna help now lol. yeah, except for when i do it like up to 4 times a day... then when i actually have sex i'll probs be disappointed lol, so i wanna cut down a little

Partner sex has an emotional side as well as a physical side, and you can look forward to that no matter how much you've been masturbating.

In the meantime, you'll know what sort of touches work for you. You'll know how to orgasm without needing anyone else. You'll have had a chance to explore what fantasies work for you. You'll have had a chance to explore multiple ways to orgasm. You may know whether or not you can have multiple orgasms, squirt, or how you enjoy something inside you.

All of these will help you have partner sex.

hmm, the thing is with the whole partner side and emotional stuff is that i am just nottttt a commitment person, when i have sex it'll probably be with like a friend but after that it would just be like hook ups, so i'll never get the emotional part because i have like commitment issues lol so i probs wont end up sleeping with the same person more than a few times

Some of them won't be that great physically (indeed, unless you're very lucky, some will be crap) and that's another reason to keep enjoying the masturbation.

But unless you're pissed - when the emotions only come later - there's an emotional side whether it's your first (and only) time with someone or your thousandth. They're different, but which one is better can vary. Having come lots of times by yourself won't change that. Lots of women have always said that they have more orgasms via masturbation but enjoy intercourse and other partner sex for its other pleasures.

Abstaining from orgasm can be beneficial for guys, but it's harmful for girls. Climaxing when you're ovulating can help deal with the stress etc you feel at that time. And during your periods it can help get rid of cramps. So nothing to be gained from stopping yourself. Enjoy!

The idea that it's ok for men to not orgasm but harmful for women is... not supported by evidence. There are - I'd say too many - women who never have one.

It's like with anything, you have to have the mental strength to not do it and take it gradually.

But there's nothing wrong with masturbating, it's not a dirty habit or anything and I could guarantee you that 90%+ of teenagers masturbate regularly. It can help stress, sexual frustration and plenty of other things.

You shouldn't cut it out.
