Material Science and Chemical engineering at Imperial

My son got an offer from Imperial for Material Science and will have interview for Chemical engineering. I know they are different but also have some similarities. My son is international student, which major has better reputation in UK or in EU to get a job after graduation in Europe ?

There's no great difference in reputation if they're both at Imperial. In any case most employers care more about the applicant than the university they went to.
