Can anyone give me some ideas on this?
What do you know about it so far?
I would suggest put some time into it as suggested by RealityCheck:

TIPS:

1. How many chambers? Which two types?
2 Shape + which chambers are where e.g. the left ventricle is mainly antero-inferior (anterior = frontward; inferior = downward.
a) check out rotation of heart during embryonic development (in utero = in mother's womb).
b) Which is the largest chamber and why?
3. Google: epicardium, pericardium,
left and right coronary arteries,
circumflex artery,
anterior descending artery
Meaning of: relations of an anatomical structure.
Which large vessels enter/leave the heart?
4. Go to:
http://www.medicalexhibits.com/medical_exhibits.php?exhibit=09061_05X

What structures do you see next to the heart and on which side (right, left, above (superior to), below (inferior to), in front of (anterior), behind (posterior)?

5. Google "largest muscle in the body" - which side of the heart does this lie?
6. What is in your "tummy" just below the item in 5?
a) on right; the organ that produces the most heat in the body and performs protein synthesis, detoxification of harmaful material, etc.
b) on left, where your intake on Fri night is absorbed - assuming you are not a teetotaller

GO ON, you can kill this Q now, can't you?
WELL DONE!
